Refund Policy

Summary
All purchases are final. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon assessment completion, we do not offer refunds once a report has been generated.
Digital Products
HR AI Forward sells digital products — specifically, access to the AI Maturity Assessment and the resulting personalised report and certificate. These are delivered instantly and electronically upon completion of the assessment.
Because the product is intangible and delivered immediately, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once the assessment has been submitted and the report generated.
Unused Access Codes
If you have purchased an access code but have not yet started the assessment, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hi@hrforward.ai. We will review refund requests for unused codes on a case-by-case basis.
Technical Issues
If a technical problem on our end prevents you from accessing your report or certificate after completing the assessment, we will resolve the issue at no additional cost. This includes:
- Report failed to generate
- Certificate not issued despite qualifying result
- Email delivery failure

Duplicate Purchases
If you were charged twice for the same assessment by error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge. Please contact us with evidence of the duplicate transaction.
