Terms of Service

HR AI Forward provides an AI maturity assessment for HR professionals. Upon completing the assessment, you receive a personalized report generated by AI, and a verifiable certificate (for Level 2 and above). All products are delivered digitally.

You must be at least 18 years old and a working HR professional (or HR student) to use our services. By purchasing or accessing an assessment, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Access to the assessment is granted through a unique access code or direct purchase link. Your access code is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping it confidential. Each code may only be used once per person.

Prices are displayed in USD at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the amount shown. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

All purchases on HR AI Forward are for digital products (assessment access, AI-generated reports, and certificates). Because the report is generated immediately upon completion of the assessment, and the delivery of the digital product is instantaneous and irrevocable, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your report or certificate, please contact us at hi@hrforward.ai. We will investigate and resolve the issue at no additional charge.

The assessment framework, questions, report structure, and all platform content are owned by HR AI Forward. Your personal report is generated for your individual use. You may share it for personal or professional purposes (e.g., LinkedIn, resume) but may not resell or reproduce the content commercially.

Your report is generated by Claude AI (Anthropic) based on your assessment responses. While we design the framework and prompts carefully, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. The report is intended as a professional development tool and should not be relied upon as a formal qualification or employment credential beyond what is stated.

Certificates issued by HR AI Forward (Level 2 and above) are verifiable at hrforward.ai/verify. They reflect your assessment results at the time of completion. HR AI Forward reserves the right to revoke a certificate if fraud or misrepresentation is detected.

We collect and process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HR AI Forward shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
